BE ADVISED THAT REGISTRATION FOR, AND INCLUSION IN, THE EAST BAY FASHION WEEK IN EAST BAY 2011 COLLECTIONS PRESS AND INDUSTRY LIST DOES NOT GUARANTEE ACCESS TO SHOWS. DESIGNERS USE THE LIST AS A RESOURCE FOR THEIR INVITATION AND GUEST LISTS. SAN JOSE FASHION WEEK DOES NOT ISSUE TICKETS OR INVITATIONS TO SHOWS. INVITATIONS ARE SENT DIRECTLY BY EACH DESIGNERS’ PUBLIC RELATIONS REPRESENTATIVES. THESE PUBLIC RELATIONS FIRMS ARE ISSUED ALL INFORMATION ENTERED IN OUR REGISTRATION SYSTEM FOR THEIR USE.

*Registrations received after Deadline Date WILL NOT BE CIRCULATED TO DESIGNERS unless approved by the Designers themselves, and we have been notified accordingly. Approved registrants will receive copies of the our official Designer Contact List and will be able to apply directly to designers for show invitations

SJFW REQUIREMENTS:
All Eventst, EVERY CREDENTIAL REQUIRES A PHOTO. This must be submitted prior to the event to insure a timely check-in. The photo should be a headshot/photo in JPEG format, no larger than 600mb.

If you are not directly employed by a major media outlet, are a freelancer or this is your first time registering the below is also required with your application. East Bay Fashion Week will not accept applications without these materials.

A LETTER OF VERIFICATION, on company letterhead, from the affiliation you are representing. Please note that submitting false documents will forfeit your application for this and any upcoming events sponsored by East Bay Fashion Week.

2 EXAMPLES OF YOUR PREVIOUS FASHION RELATED COVERAGE. Please be sure to include as much information possible about your affiliation within your application including internet and website links via your online Press & Accreditation Account.
We highly recommend that you upload these items into your Press & Industry Account. If you do not have these materials on the web you will need to send two copies of the publication, DVDs, company profile, press kit, ect. via postal mail to the address below:
